Just beautiful! That must have been an old church by the looks of the windows? Where were you coming home from..the trip to NM? I love that lone bison out there…it looks like what it must have looked like long ago before they disappeared. Only a lot more of them…

I was just driving around, Chris! It’s good for my soul. I thought that same thing about the bison. He was part of a small herd. Wish I could have seen it when a herd covered the land from horizon to horizon.

Well with such beautiful scenery like that, I would be in the car everyday! It reminds me of just such scenes that my husband and I saw and camped in on our honeymoon…50 years ago! We decided we wanted to live “out west” so we headed to Colorado..tent camping all the way. I had never seen mountains before and to say I was awestruck was an understatement. I hope your soul is healing…
